<I like the book "Harry Potter">
I’m recently reading a book in English entitled
Harry Potter, one of the most famous fantasy
fiction that I’ve ever heard. It was written by Joanne K. Rowling, preeminent English
author, and constitutes seven volumes. In addition to published novel, it was
made into a film from 2001 to 2012, divided into eight versions. (What I’m
reading today is the fourth version named ‘The Goblet of the Fire’ in 2000.) Having
actually watched all the films which are completed, until last year, I also feel
interested in the book published before the films were made. Even if there are
a couple of reasons why I like this, here I want to introduce only one reason.
First of all, I attempt to read something written in easy English these days
for studying that, finding Harry Potter as
I’ve well known the narrative plot. Frankly, It’s not easier for me, than I
thought, to understand all the phrase, sentence, and detail, because of the
expression – in this case, though I depend on the dictionary, having difficult
to see ‘nuance’ or ‘feeling’ - which I’ve never seen. However, there’s no
problem to me because I can anticipate, through the films, where the narrative will
to flow toward. I’m sure, in this reason, it can be helpful to study English
more. That is why I like this novel.
Reading books in English is a challenge always!
