REVIEW OF THE LECTURE “HOW TO GROW THE FRESH AIR”    link to the video

The speaker of the lecture was Kamal Meattle who lived in India. He had a problem of lung capacity because of the allergic to Delhi’s air and he decided to study plants in order to recover Delhi’s air. With the help of IIT, TERI and learning from NASA, they discovered that there were three basic green plants, with which they can grow all the fresh air in the old building.

The amazing results are that they can reduce energy requirements in the building because they need less fresh air and increase human productivity by over 20% by using these plants. They can discover that there is a reduced incidence of eye irritation by 52%, respiratory systems by 34%, headaches by 24%, lung impairment by 12% and asthma by 9%.

I want to recommend this lecture. What do you actually know about importance of air? I felt that we have to recognize the importance during watching it and need to practice the simple methods after watching it. Try to implement the changes by bringing amazing plants indoors.
